What is Body Language?

Imagine how it would feel to remember the lost language of your own body.

Body Language is my signature digital course program that I created to help you translate the messages of your body. You will learn to distill those messages from information to wisdom.

Using a powerful union of bodywork, somatic work, and yoga you will begin to unravel and unfurl into your own personal integrity.

Within the Body Language framework, you will receive

  • The modules of coursework that includes video, audio, and written formats of each lesson.

  • 3 monthly livestream classes featuring a specific theme. Learn is a lecture format, Movement is the bodywork class, and Review is the interactive Q&A session.

  • Access to the Body Language Community, a private, non FB group just for BL members.

I am a trauma informed yoga instructor, licensed massage therapist, and restorative bodyworker.

I am here to teach Body Language techniques through the vehicle of Restorative Bodywork.
