In her class, she will talk about what brought her to this healing modality, how she tracked her results, her favorite ingredients, how to grow your own tea, as well as how to harvest and store your leaves.

Kelly is bring samples of all of her herbs. At the end of class you will be able to make and take your own custom tea bag. She has also created an ingredient guide for you to take with you as a reference for your own future recipes.
