Body Language Live will bring you through a complete somatic movement Body Language practice of:

  1. Determining your capacity in preparation for the practice

  2. Design your practice from what I will suggest and lead through (you determine what is best for you in the moment)

  3. Honoring your threshold by checking back in with yourself throughout the class and making adjustments as needed

  4. Integrating and celebrating the work through the vehicle of music and movement
